About the Role

We are looking for a Tableau Developer to join our Data & Analytics team. The ideal candidate will be skilled at turning raw data into meaningful insights through well-designed dashboards and visualizations. You will work closely with business stakeholders, analysts, and engineers to deliver reliable, optimized, and impactful data solutions that enable data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards, reports, and visualizations.

Partner with business analysts and data engineers to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Build efficient data extracts, calculations, and parameters to optimize dashboard performance.

Validate and troubleshoot data to ensure accuracy and reliability.

Apply best practices in data modeling, dashboard design, and query optimization.

Manage Tableau Server/Cloud content: workbooks, data sources, and user permissions.

Document technical processes, data definitions, and user guides.

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.

4+ years of experience with Tableau Desktop and/or Tableau Cloud.

Strong SQL skills (queries, joins, performance optimization).

Solid knowledge of data modeling, ETL processes, and relational databases.

Expertise with calculated fields, LOD expressions, and advanced visualizations.

Familiarity with Tableau Server/Cloud administration (publishing, permissions, scheduling).

Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, Azure Synapse).

Knowledge of Python or R for advanced analytics.

Proven ability in performance tuning for large-scale Tableau dashboards.

Understanding of data governance and security best practices.
