Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Teamcenter PLM Testing and Validation Engineer (Manual / Test Automation Selenium) with 2-6 years to support the implementation, testing, and validation of Teamcenter PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) solutions. You will be responsible for developing and executing test plans, ensuring system integrity, validating workflows, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that Teamcenter configurations meet business requirements and quality standards.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Teamcenter applications and integrations.
  • Validate customizations, workflows, and configurations in Teamcenter environments.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing to ensure system reliability and performance.
  • Work closely with PLM architects, developers, and business analysts to understand requirements and ensure complete test coverage.
  • Report and track defects using appropriate tools (e.g., JIRA, ALM, Selenium).
  • Support test automation initiatives where applicable.
  • Provide test documentation including test summary reports and validation documentation.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in PLM testing preferably with Teamcenter.
  • Strong understanding of Teamcenter modules such as Structure Manager, Workflow Designer, Change Management, etc.
  • Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM, TestRail).
  • Knowledge of PLM concepts, product data management, and lifecycle workflows.
  • Experience with Teamcenter integrations (e.g., with SAP, CAD tools like NX or CATIA).
  • Experience with scripting or automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Python, TestNG).
  • Knowledge of Teamcenter Active Workspace, BMIDE, and TcRA is a plus.
