Teamcenter / Windchill Lead

We are seeking an experienced
PLM Specialist
with strong hands-on expertise in
both Teamcenter and Windchill
. This role will support our engineering, manufacturing, and IT teams by administering, configuring, and optimizing our PLM environments to improve product lifecycle processes and data integrity.

Job Description

•Technical Lead with total Experience of 10+ Years in PLM domain

•Involved in 5+ Teamcenter implementation/Upgrade/Migration projects of various sizes for various customers

•Designing & Manufacturing processes and holds a domain knowledge of various manufacturing industries (Aero /Marine/Automobile)

• Expertise in Requirement gathering, preparing solution approach and solution designing of Teamcenter END to END implementation project.

• Expertise in planning Migration strategy of PLM-to-PLM Data, Legacy CAD/Documents to PLM

• Expertise in Teamcenter server sizing High availability and DR configuration

• Ability to understand Client's core business, System & Practice in Product Development to deliver quality service

• Excellent knowledge in Requirement Gathering, Teamcenter PLM Solutioning, Simulation Integration, Engineering Data Migration &

Integration, Scripting & Implementation, Customization & Configuration and New Product Development with Teamcenter,

C/C++/Java/Python Programming, Scripting, Database.

• Teamcenter application (Installation, BMIDE Configuration & Customization, CAD Data Management & Document Management, Active

Workspace, BOM Configuration, Workflow, Change Management, Custom Reports, Data Migration and Data exchange online/offline, CAPA,

MRO, Project management.

Good Knowledge of Siemens Teamcenter Modules & Products like T4x (T4EA & T4S), Teamcenter Simulation Integration, BOM

Management with Variant Management, MCAD Integration (NX & CATIA V5), Project Management with Schedule Management,

Requirement Management, Document Management, Classification, Model Based System Engineering, etc.

FUNCTIONAL Knowledge

• PLM Tools: Teamcenter latest version, Deployment Center

• Programming Languages: C, C++, Core JAVA, Python, P/L SQL

• Web Language: HTML, CSS, Java Script, Type Script, Angular, Node JS, React

• Operating System: WINDOWS (98, XP, VISTA, 7, 10), Linux

• Database: Oracle (19C), MS-SQL, Mongo DB

Deep knowledge in (must have):

○ Windchill PLM – customizations and configuration

○ Very skilled in Windchill CAD publication and ATB Conversion framework & solutions

○ Working with Restful and MQ integration services

○ JAVA, J2EE, JSP, Java Script, XML

○ Knowledge in ORACLE, GIT, Jira, Maven, DevSecOps

○ Experience with test automation

○ Working in Linux setup

○ Taking ownership for PTC support/ticket follow

Knowledge in (good to have):

• Experience in performance and integration testing

• Professional experience in manual testing

• Full stack mindset

• Test driven development or test first programming experience is valued

• Understanding of Volvo Windchill PLM landscape & capability

• Share the lessons learnt from other customer implementations

• Demo/ share the new and upcoming PLM capabilities from PTC

• Domain knowledge in CAD (Creo & Catia) and Windchill

• Domain driven design knowledge
