Job Title: Associate – Customer Support (Japanese Language)

Location: Cyberjaya, Malaysia

Salary range: Basic salary range - 8000 RM - 8500 RM + Shift allowance (pro-rated) + Transportation allowance (pro-rated)


About the Role


We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Associate – Customer Support. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and are proficient in the Japanese language.


Key Responsibilities


  • Provide prompt and professional customer support through email, chat, or phone in Japanese.
  • Assist customers by understanding their needs and offering appropriate solutions.
  • Document interactions accurately in internal systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain service quality standards.


Requirements


  • Japanese Language Proficiency: N1 level (JLPT) or Native-level fluency in speaking, reading, and writing is mandatory.
  • Experience: No prior experience required; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Relocation: Must be willing to relocate and work in Japan.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Open to relocate to Cyberjaya, Malaysia
