Financial Analysis Advisor Enterprise Portfolio

Financial advisor supporting the enterprise cross-business portfolios. Focus of the role will be on ensuring consistent, accurate program tracking for portfolio reporting. This teammate will support both investment and value components for a subset of the enterprise portfolio. The role provides a broad scope of experiences, witnessing enterprise strategic decisions develop into actionable projects and ultimately value returns to the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Support reporting for monthly Cross Business Portfolio meetings, Growth Platform finance meetings Tech & Ops reviews and other adhoc reporting needs
  • Maintain a robust business value tracking model, which is leveraged to develop our quarterly value scorecard
  • Ensure alignment with key matrix partners on financials
  • Memorialize prior iterations of reporting and provide variance analysis as needed
  • Efficiently maneuver within our Enterprise Portfolio business case tool (Pathfinder) to identify changes within values provided by our business partners
  • Assist with capacity alignment through reconciliation of incurred spend across entities
  • Consolidate data from Clarity, Tableau and other sources to summarize year-to-date actual spend reporting
  • Provide actionable insights based on analysis and reporting to CBF finance lead to help manage spend within the investment targets provided by the governance team

Qualifications:

Required Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred
  • 8-10 years of experience in finance, financial analysis or business planning field
  • Strong prioritization and organizational skills
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adapt quickly to change
  • Strong communication skills including written and verbal
