Job Description :

  • A data-driven analytical technical leader with over 12+ years of experience in software development, specializing in leading engineering teams and delivering complex projects.
  • Previous experience in client-facing roles with a knack for innovation and driving the development of cutting-edge solutions to address client challenges and fuel business growth.
  • Proven track record of building and leading multidisciplinary engineering teams, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment, and promoting a continuous learning culture.
  • Proficient in building complex platforms with technical expertise in Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, MongoDB, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, with exposure to other technologies considered a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, effectively prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Engineering practices, DevOps, Agile methodologies, and project management tools is highly desirable.
  • Experience contributing to solution architecture and delivering software products/platforms from inception.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to address business challenges and foster innovation.
  • Adaptability to changing business requirements, technologies, and market dynamics, leading the practice through periods of growth and transformation with resilience and :

    • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project completion.
    • Provide technical guidance and expertise to the engineering team, including architecture design, coding best practices, and technology selection.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and maintain technical excellence.
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment on project priorities and goals.
    • Facilitate communication and collaboration between engineering teams and other stakeholders to drive cross-functional initiatives and resolve dependencies.
    • Engage with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions, providing strategic guidance and thought leadership.
    • Identify opportunities to streamline engineering processes, improve efficiency, and enhance team productivity.
    • Implement best practices, tools, and methodologies to optimize the software development lifecycle and delivery pipeline.
    • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, experimentation, and learning within the engineering organization.
