Job Role, Responsibilities:

Test Strategy and Planning:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive test strategy for Super-app.

- Create detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts that align with project goals and requirements.

- Define testing milestones and deliverables and ensure they are met.

Test Automation:

- Lead efforts to automate testing processes to improve efficiency and coverage.

- Oversee the development and maintenance of automated test scripts.

- Ensure the integration of test automation into the CI/CD pipeline.

Team Leadership:

- Conduct rigorous testing of AI Super-app, including functional, regression, performance, and security testing.

- Identify and report defects, track their resolution, and verify fixes.

- Ensure the quality of releases and contribute to the continuous improvement of our testing processes.

Documentation and Reporting:

- Maintain clear and concise documentation of test plans, test cases, and test results.

- Generate detailed reports and metrics on testing progress and outcomes for Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure alignment with testing efforts.

- Participate in design and code reviews to identify potential issues early in the development 5+ years of experience in software testing, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role for lead.

- Proven experience in test automation using industry-standard tools and frameworks.

- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, QA processes, and best practices.

- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.

- Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts is a plus.
