Job Description: Partnerships Associate (Domestic Partner Relations)Location: Jaipur (Travel-based role, with flexibility for remote work)Compensation: Competitive, based on experienceAbout the Role:-We are seeking an experienced Partnerships Associate (Domestic Partner Relations) to strengthen our domestic partnerships network across Central India. This role will focus on building and nurturing relationships with state tourism boards, attractions, and other key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in client relationship management, partnerships, and business development, along with strong communication and negotiation skills. As a core member of the Partnerships team, you will represent Thrillophilia in external meetings, secure proposals, negotiate terms, and deliver on defined sales and partnership targets. The role requires frequent travel across India and the ability to work independently in remote settings when stationed at partner locations.Key Responsibilities:-● Partnership Development: Build and manage strong relationships with domestic partners including state tourism boards, attractions, and hospitality brands.● Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.● Meetings & Proposals: Conduct partner meetings, present proposals, negotiate terms, and finalize agreements aligned with Thrillophilia’s strategic goals.● Negotiations & Agreements: Lead discussions on contracts and agreements with tourism boards and state bodies; ensure all deliverables are aligned and achieved.● Sales & Revenue Targets: Work towards defined sales and partnership goals while identifying new opportunities for revenue growth.● Travel & Representation: Represent Thrillophilia in partner meetings, trade events, and roadshows across Central India.● Market Intelligence: Monitor tourism trends, competitor strategies, and partner developments to support decision-making and strategy.● Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (product, supply, marketing) to ensure alignment on partner deliverables.Who You Are:-● 4–5 years of proven experience in partnerships, client relations, or business development (experience with state tourism boards or attractions strongly preferred).● Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust-based relationships.● Strong logical thinking and problem-solving ability.● Demonstrated track record of meeting sales/partnership targets.● Open to extensive travel across India and flexible to work remotely when stationed at partner locations.● Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to manage multiple partnerships simultaneously.What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days):-● Secure partnerships and proposals from at least 2–3 key state tourism boards.● Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements aligned with annual targets.● Establish strong client relationships and a regular meeting schedule with domestic partners.● Deliver a pipeline of new partnership opportunities for expansion in Central India.Why Join Us?● Work directly with state tourism boards and leading attractions across India.● Play an integral role in shaping Thrillophilia’s domestic partnerships strategy.● Gain exposure to a diverse portfolio of partners while driving measurable business growth.● Be part of a fast-paced, dynamic environment with opportunities for growth andleadership.About Thrillophilia?At Thrillophilia, we're on a mission to make travel planning and booking effortless, so that travelers can focus on creating unforgettable memories.
