Mandatory Skillsets/qualification/requirements:

  • Configuration support for at least 2 clients handled on AMS model for Workday HCM
  • Experience in Business Process setup
  • General knowledge of at least 2-3 Workday functional areas
  • Good understanding of Workday Security
  • Ability to configure and test functional changes to Workday modules
  • Good written & oral communication skills & strong team player

Good to Have Skillsets:

  • Implementation/Support experience of systems like in Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft but not limited to these
  • Experience in configuration support of Payroll, Recruitment and Talent Management

Responsibilities:

  • Work independently or with Team Lead and/or Project Manager to participate in configuration support
  • Gather requirements and prototype the configuration changes
  • Maintain continuously and support current Business Processes and Setup data by resolving defects (if any), enhance and apply required updates, as necessary
  • Work in a team of workday configuration and integration analysts and contribute to requirements engineering and craft technical specifications.
  • Analyze business requirements and produce detail and solution specifications consulting with Client Process Owners about standard methodologies for HR processes in Workday.
  • Ensure the productive operations of Workday System Architecture including all interfaces (integrations) as well as custom reports/dashboards.
  • Track issues and risks, communicate status and escalate concerns
  • Ability to work with the team that can be geographically dispersed, in planning support and be available to support or guide as and when necessary
