Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Duckcreek Integration Lead based in Bengaluru. The Integration Lead will oversee the integration of Duckcreek systems, coordinate with various stakeholders, manage the delivery of technical solutions, and ensure high-quality system performance. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing business requirements, developing integration strategies, supervising the integration process, and troubleshooting technical issues. The role also involves maintaining documentation, conducting code reviews, and mentoring junior developers.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Duckcreek implementation, integration, and customization
  • Experience with system analysis, development, and documentation
  • Strong technical skills in programming, code review, and troubleshooting
  • Project management and stakeholder coordination skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
