Role Overview

We are looking for a creative, resourceful, and hands-on Content Creator to drive Kapaas’s social media storytelling. This role will focus on creating engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms — including video editing, reels, founder-led content, and in-house office shoots — while also coordinating with teams and ensuring all content is well-documented and stored.

Key Responsibilities
  • Competitor & Market Research
  • Research social media trends, competitor strategies, and new content formats.
  • Share insights to improve Kapaas’s online presence and engagement.
  • Content Creation & Editing
  • Ideate, script, and edit short-form videos & reels aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Manage and execute in-house content shoots (behind-the-scenes, office life, founder-led content).
  • Support larger brand campaign shoots with pre- and post-production tasks.
  • Social Media Management
  • Draft, schedule, and post content across social channels.
  • Ensure captions, hashtags, and tone are on-brand.
  • Engage with the online community when required.
  • Founder-Led Content
  • Assist in creating authentic, founder-backed posts and reels.
  • Research formats and storytelling styles to highlight Kapaas’s brand story.
  • Content Documentation & Organization
  • Manage content trackers, shoot plans, and creative calendars.
  • Organize and store all content (photos, videos, reels) systematically for team access.
  • Cross-Team Coordination
  • Work closely with design, marketing, and sales teams to align content with campaigns and launches.
  • Collaborate with freelancers, agencies, or photographers when needed.
Requirements
  • 1–2 years of experience in content creation, video editing, or social media management (fashion or lifestyle industry preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of Instagram reels, editing apps (CapCut, InShot, Premiere Pro, etc.), and trending formats.
  • Creative eye for aesthetics, storytelling, and detail.
  • Ability to independently manage shoots, office content, and founder-led content.
  • Excellent organizational skills for content storage and documentation.
  • Passion for fashion, sustainability, and digital storytelling.
