Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Integration Developer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have 4 - 6 years of experience in developing and implementing integrations within the ServiceNow platform.

This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy seamless integrations that enhance our ServiceNow capabilities.

Key Responsibilities :

Design and Development :

- Design, develop, and implement integrations within the ServiceNow platform.

- Create and configure business rules, UI policies, scripts, and workflows to customize the ServiceNow platform according to business requirements.

Integration Solutions :

- Develop integration solutions using ServiceNow Integration Hub, web services, REST, SOAP, and other relevant technologies.

- Ensure integrations are efficient, scalable, and maintainable.

Collaboration and Support :

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze integration requirements.

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for integration-related issues.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful deployment and operation of integrations.

Documentation and Best Practices :

- Maintain comprehensive documentation of integration processes and solutions.

- Follow best practices for integration development and deployment.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 4 - 6 years of experience in ServiceNow development and integration.

- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including Integration Hub, REST, and SOAP APIs.

- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.

- Experience with web services, middleware, and other integration tools.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

- ServiceNow certification(s) is a plus.

Preferred Skills :

- Familiarity with ITSM, ITOM, and other ServiceNow modules.

- Experience with Agile development methodologies.

- Knowledge of other integration platforms and tools.

- Ability to stay updated with the latest advancements in ServiceNow and integration technologies.
