This combination minimizes exceptions, improves shipment consolidation, and helps customers save on shipping costs from day one.About the role:You will be joining one of the fastest growing sales teams in the FreightTech space. As an Account Manager, you will work closely with the sales team to onboard new clients, and build client relationships in order to gain market share. In this role, you will directly contribute to our mission of building the largest sustainable global shipping network with a 40% Gross Margin by developing client relationships, while leveraging data, & technology to maximize the customer’s experience.Key Responsibilities:Build:Build relationships and establish credibility through remote meetings with New Clients and internal team such as Sales, Account Management and OperationsBuild and promote customer engagement in our Silq app, through daily check-ins with customers.Build a culture rooted in delivering “customer love”, you win when they win Execute:Work with internal teams to ensure client experience in the app meets and exceeds expectations by ensuring projects are set up correctly in the system.Daily Project/Shipment health checks to ensure all projects are on track and up to date. It will be (Logistics coordinators) role to ensure all project accuracy and to reach out to responsible internal teams and external partners on any required updates.Learn the Silq system in order to build all projects for customers and requote projects as needed.Identify customer challenges; develop and implement solutions to create opportunitiesIdentifying innovative ways, unique to each customer that demonstrate the value of Silq by delivering stellar customer service and their in-app experience.Partner:Partner with Account Executives, Account Managers, Product and Engineering, Gateway Managers and SMM teams to overcome any blockers with regards to the shipment or anything that affects the user's experience in the app.Strategize with team members to innovate; improve the overall customer experience.Collaborate with customers, front-line management, and various Silq departments.You should apply if you have:Strong knowledge of International Freight Forwarding, working knowledge of US and China routes would be an advantageThe desire to work with a high energy team who strive to learn and develop their operations & customer relationship skillsA solution oriented mindset, looking to work in a quickly adapting tech environmentPrior start-up client relationship and/or sales experience a plusAbility to resolve difficult and/or stressful customer service issues in a professional manner.Courage to challenge the status quo when logic and reason require it.
