- 10+ Experience in Handling the responsibility for the discovery phase, getting approval from Salesforce on technical designs, leading the site-readiness assessment, go-live.
- Experience in development background on different technologies such as Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, JavaScript, Oracle CRM OnDemand, Java etc.
- Expertise in Salesforce customization - Creating Apex Class, Apex Trigger, Batch Class, Apex test class, Visualforce Page, LWC component.
- Application development, including basic Visualforce pages/Lightning pages, Lightning Web Components, assist with each release cycle to implement and deploy new/updates to existing applications and.
- Responsible for new change requests.
- Extensive Experience in requirements gathering, application development, Maintenance & Support.
- Experience in Analyzing client's business requirements and processes through document analysis, interviews, workshops, and workflow analysis.
- Experience in working Scrum Agile Projects
- Experience in managing Client change requests and participating in release processes.
- Experience in Data Migration using Data Loader
- Experience in development using ( Apex, Aura DataLoader) .
