We are currently looking for a CXM Implementation Engineer to strengthen our growing and dynamic team, specifically working on CXM programs within the APAC & EMEA region. Implementation plat-forms are mainly Medallia and Qualtrics.

Main tasks would be:

  • Develop scalable, fast, and robust CX survey programs on the Medallia Experience Cloud & Qualtrics XM.
  • Implement new features and optimize existing ones to drive maximum performance to solve simple to complex business problems.
  • Work closely with, and incorporate feedback from other implementers, client, client servicing and project managers including cadences with Medallia/Qualtrics Expert Services / Success Managers.
  • Attend daily/weekly stand-up meetings, collaborate with your peers, prioritize features, and work with a sense of urgency to deliver value to your customers
  • Work closely with other Implementation Hubs to synergize experience and initiatives.
  • Managing change control and Project Development plans ensuring good planning of imple-mentation timelines & prioritization.
  • Internal communication with all relevant stakeholders via Jira.

Your profile as an important player in our dedicated team:

  • 2+ years of relevant experience.
  • Professional experience in an IT-related role, ideally with a focus on customer experience, customer feedback management, CRM, business intelligence, and management dashboards desirable.
  • Experience and certification in Medallia Experience Cloud (Qualtrics CX & EX will be a plus).
  • Strong level of curiosity and interest to learn
  • Very good understanding of processes, precise analytical work, communication and organizational skills, as well as a strong focus on solutions.
  • Disciplined approach to testing and quality assurance.
  • Very good English language skills and excellent knowledge of MS Office products.
  • Expertise with different database technologies is beneficial.
  • Experience with professional software engineering practices (e.g. unit testing, code reviews, design documents) is a welcome addition.
  • Experience in using ticketing tools such as Atlassian JIRA/Confluence desirable.
  • A high level of commitment, curiosity, flexibility, and a lot of fun working in a growing and dynamic team.
