Job Summary

We are seeking a forward-thinking LLMOps Engineer to join our pioneering team. In this role, you will be instrumental in building and scaling the next generation of our secure and responsible Generative AI (GenAI) platforms. You will have the opportunity to establish best practices in governance and security while empowering our development teams to create high-impact GenAI applications. This position will work hands-on with GenAI agents and integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) from various leading providers to support a wide array of use cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust governance frameworks for our GenAI platforms, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations such as GDPR and the AI Act.
• Champion and enforce responsible AI principles, including fairness, transparency, explainability, and auditability across our systems.
• Architect and implement comprehensive security protocols, including Identity and Access Management (IAM), data encryption, secure API access, and model sandboxing.
• Collaborate with our security teams to perform risk assessments and guarantee the secure deployment of LLMs.
• Build, maintain, and scale sophisticated LLMOps pipelines for model training, fine-tuning, evaluation, deployment, and continuous monitoring.
• Automate the entire model lifecycle management process using CI/CD, versioning, rollback strategies, and robust observability.
• Develop and manage advanced GenAI agents capable of complex reasoning, planning, and tool utilization.
• Integrate and orchestrate LLMs from multiple providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere, Google, Azure OpenAI) to create hybrid and resilient solutions.
• Optimize prompt engineering, context management, and agent memory for high-performance production environments.
• Ensure the high availability, low latency, and cost-effectiveness of GenAI workloads across our cloud and hybrid infrastructures.
• Implement proactive monitoring and alerting systems to detect model drift, hallucinations, and performance degradation.
• Partner with GenAI developers to embed best practices and provide reusable components such as SDKs, templates, and APIs.
• Author clear technical documentation and provide expert guidance to accelerate development and maintain platform consistency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in MLOps, DevOps, or platform engineering, with at least 1–2 years in a hands-on LLM/GenAI environment.
• Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), GenAI agents, prompt engineering, and inference optimization techniques.
• Proven experience with agent frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Langraph.
• Hands-on experience with MLOps tools like MLflow or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Python, containerization technologies (Docker), and major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Familiarity with established AI governance frameworks and the principles of responsible AI.
• Experience with vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, and model evaluation frameworks.
• Knowledge of Responsible AI practices, red-teaming, and OWASP security principles.
