Role Overview: We are looking for a mid-level MEP Engineer to support the design and execution of MEP services across our projects. The candidate should be capable of conducting site feasibility assessments, preparing MEP layouts, and managing systems including Electrical, HVAC, Fire Alarm Systems, Lighting, UPS, and other auxiliary services. A key part of the role will be to create accurate MEP BOQs based on the approved drawings and ensure quantity estimation is aligned with project requirements


Key Responsibilities: Site Feasibility & Layout Development

● Conduct detailed site visits to assess MEP service feasibility.

● Coordinate with the design team to draft service layouts based on site conditions and architectural plans. MEP Design & System Integration

● Prepare detailed MEP designs for: ○ Electrical & Power Distribution ○ HVAC Systems (High & Low Side) ○ Lighting Layouts ○ Fire Alarm & Detection Systems (FAS) ○ UPS, CCTV, Data & Auxiliary Systems


● Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and safety standards



BOQ Preparation & Quantity Estimation

● Prepare accurate MEP BOQs as per the final layout.

● Calculate exact quantities required for execution across all service verticals.

● Assist procurement and project teams with technical specifications and vendor coordination.


Execution & Coordination

● Work closely with project managers, vendors, and site engineers to ensure proper installation.

● Supervise implementation, test systems, and support commissioning of services.


Documentation & Handover

● Maintain service drawings, technical data sheets, and as-built documentation.

● Support site handover and final audit processes with complete MEP documentation


Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.

● 4–6 years of experience in MEP design and execution, preferably in commercial interior projects.

● Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit or similar tools is an added advantage.

● Strong understanding of BOQ preparation, load calculations, and estimation methods.

● Good communication and coordination skills; ability to work across multiple sites.

● Familiar with national codes (NBC, IS, etc.) and local compliance norms.

● Willingness to travel to sites across India as required
