Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Administrator/Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with NetSuite ERP, including system customization, configuration, and integration. This role requires a proactive professional capable of managing and optimizing our NetSuite platform to meet business requirements and drive operational Responsibilities :


System Administration :


- Manage day-to-day operations of the NetSuite platform, including user account maintenance, data imports, and system customization.

- Perform regular system audits and prepare for NetSuite upgrades and new feature releases.

Customization and Development :

- Develop and maintain custom scripts using SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, and SuiteTalk.

- Customize NetSuite fields, forms, records, and workflows to support business requirements.

- Implement and manage integrations between NetSuite and other business systems.

Process Improvement :

- Analyze business processes and workflows, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices.

- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Experience :

- 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP administration and development.

- Proven experience in scripting with SuiteScript, and creating custom workflows and forms.

- Experience with SuiteCloud Developer tools including SuiteBuilder, SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, and SuiteTalk.

Skills :

1. Knowledge of Power BI would be greatly appreciated

2. Strong understanding of business processes, particularly in finance, sales, and operations.

3. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

6. Project management skills are a plus.

Certifications :

- NetSuite certifications (Administrator, SuiteFoundation, or ERP Consultant) are highly desirable.
