Job Description :


As a Senior Appian Developer with 5-8 years of experience, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-level solutions using the Appian low-code platform.

Your role will involve leveraging your expertise in Appian development, DevOps practices, Unix knowledge, and database management to deliver robust and scalable solutions that meet the organization's requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

Appian Development :

- Design, develop, and implement business process solutions using the Appian low-code platform.

- Customize and extend Appian applications to meet specific business requirements, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to best practices.

DevOps Experience :

- Utilize DevOps practices and methodologies to streamline the software development lifecycle, including continuous integration, continuous deployment, and automated testing.

- Implement DevOps tools and processes to improve efficiency and collaboration within the development team.

Unix Knowledge :

- Apply Unix knowledge to manage and administer Appian environments hosted on Unix-based systems.

- Perform system administration tasks, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the availability and performance of Appian applications.

Database Management :

- Maintain a strong understanding of database management principles, including database design, optimization, and administration.

- Write complex SQL queries and perform database operations to support Appian application development and integration.

Technical Leadership :

- Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior developers, assisting in their professional development and growth.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement integrated solutions that leverage the full capabilities of the Appian platform.

Qualifications and Experience :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- 5-8 years of experience working with the Appian low-code platform, designing and developing enterprise-level solutions.

- Strong understanding of DevOps practices and methodologies, with a minimum of 5 years of DevOps experience.

- Proficiency in Unix-based systems administration and management.

- Solid understanding of database management principles, with expertise in SQL and database operations.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.

- Experience in mentoring junior developers and providing technical leadership is a plus.
