Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Facility/Centre Manager to serve as the Point of Contact (POC) for day-to-day operations. The role involves overseeing all aspects of facility management, ensuring smooth functioning, safety, compliance, and high levels of service delivery. The ideal candidate will act as the primary liaison between internal teams, vendors, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facility Operations:
  • Ensure daily operations of the facility run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Monitor cleanliness, security, maintenance, and utility services.
  • Manage housekeeping, front office, and technical support teams.
  • POC Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary contact for all queries related to the facility.
  • Act as the liaison between internal departments, vendors, and clients.
  • Resolve operational issues promptly and professionally.
  • Vendor & Asset Management:
  • Coordinate with vendors for AMC, repairs, and service requesssts.
  • Maintain and track all facility assets and inventory.
  • Compliance & Safety:
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Coordinate periodic audits, inspections, and fire drills.
  • Budgeting & Reporting:
  • Assist in preparing operational budgets and expense reports.
  • Provide regular reports on facility performance and maintenance metrics.
  • Client/Occupant Relations (if applicable):
  • Manage relationships with tenants/clients in the center.
  • Handle grievances and service requests with a customer-first approach.
  • Technology & Systems:
  • Use facility management systems (FMS) or ticketing tools to manage service requests.
  • Track SLAs and ensure timely resolution of issues.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Minimum 1-5 years of experience in facility/centre management or Front office or a similar role.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and facility management software/tools.
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
  • Flexibility to handle emergencies and work beyond regular hours if needed.

Preferred:

  • 1-2 years' experience as facility/centre management or Front office
  • Experience managing multi-tenant or high-traffic locations.

Salary : upto Rs. 30,000/- per month
