Role: Client AccountManager - CEP



Summary:

The Client Account Manager- CEP will be responsible for end-to-end management of CEP campaigns — from strategic planning to flawless execution. The role involvesclose coordination with internalteams and externalbrand partners to ensure smoothdelivery of campaigns, optimal utilization of inventory, and achievement of business targets.


Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Manage CEP campaigns from planning to successful execution.
  • Manage critical partnerships and relationships with the brandsto understand their expectations from MyGate and set the same expectations to CDG teams.
  • Facilitate brand managers with various requirements coming from brands and curate the society data accordingly.
  • Run various agendas to ensure high utilization of inventory and greater results.
  • Review all Campaigns PI with the Brand Managerand publish a weekly/monthly execution pipeline and strategies to achieve it.
  • Maintain RWA Approvals TAT and achievethe targeted numberof sites withinthe given timeline.
  • Manage last-minute on-ground Brand Expectations to ensure smooth execution.
  • Handling brand accounts from onboarding to executing.


Requirements:

  • 0-3 years of experience in Ad Operations, Event Management.
  • Strong project management and execution skills.
  • Excellent relationship management and communication abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in campaign performance tracking.
  • Proactive problem solver with the ability to handle multiple stakeholders.
  • Time management and ability to work under tight deadlines.
