Job Description :


We are looking for a talented Ruby on Rails Developer to join our team on a contractual basis.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Ruby on Rails development along with proficiency in JavaScript and CSS.

Additionally, the candidate should be open to receiving training on Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm.

Responsibilities :


- Design, develop, and maintain Ruby on Rails applications to meet business requirements.

- Collaborate with the team to gather and understand requirements, and translate them into technical specifications and solutions.

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and standards.

- Implement front-end components using JavaScript and CSS to create responsive and user- friendly interfaces.

- Work closely with the DevOps team to understand and contribute to the deployment process using Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm.

- Participate in code reviews, provide feedback, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

- Troubleshoot and debug issues, and provide timely resolution to ensure smooth operation of applications.

- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Ruby on Rails development and related technologies.

Requirements :


- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Ruby on Rails development.

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and CSS for front-end development.

- Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.

- Knowledge of software development best practices and design patterns.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

- Willingness to learn and be trained on Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm.

Nice To Have :


- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm.

- Familiarity with other front-end frameworks such as React or Angular.
