Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Management Trainee - Operation in Karnataka, India. The Management Trainee will learn and contribute to the day-to-day operations in the processing and production of frozen fruits and vegetables. Responsibilities will include monitoring production processes, ensuring quality standards, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining compliance with safety and hygiene protocols. The role also involves identifying areas for process improvement and supporting the operations team in implementing best practices.


Qualifications

  • Eligible to apply : Fresher specially 2024 & 2025 passed out candidate, other profile not applicable.
  • Operational knowledge and understanding of food production, processing, or supply chain
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication, teamwork, and collaboration abilities
  • Familiarity with quality control, safety standards, and compliance procedures
  • Master/Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Operations Management, or related field
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and reporting tools
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and keen to learn

  • Virtual interview- If passed out candidate called for face to face interview.

  • Technical interview (Majorly focus on IQF, Frozen technology, perishable food handling, Production /quality planning)


Salary

4-5 Lakh per annum (performance bonus extra)
