Role Overview:

We are looking for a driven and passionate Sales Executive who will handle inbound leads — contacting, following up, nurturing, and converting them into loyal Nutrolis customers. Your role will be to build trust, explain product benefits, and drive sales conversions through continuous engagement and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Call and connect with all incoming leads quickly and professionally.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend the right Nutrolis supplements.
  • Explain product benefits, usage, ingredients, pricing, and offers clearly.
  • Follow up consistently through calls, WhatsApp, and emails until conversion.
  • Maintain accurate lead tracking and update CRM or tracking sheets daily.
  • Build lasting customer relationships with honest advice and great service.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales and conversion targets.


What We’re Looking For:

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, tele-calling, inside sales, or customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills (spoken and written English & Hindi).
  • Strong persuasion skills with a friendly, consultative selling approach.
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and committed to following up until the deal is closed.
  • Prior experience in the health, wellness, supplements, fitness, or pharma sectors is a plus (but not mandatory).
