The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in project governance frameworks, contract management, RFP processes, and Business Process Reengineering (BPR), with a proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder government projects. Key Responsibilities:• Project Governance & Oversight:• Establish and manage project governance structures, reporting mechanisms, and review frameworks.• Monitor adherence to project plans, timelines, budgets, and compliance standards.• Track project performance metrics and ensure alignment with program objectives and KPIs.• Contractual Compliance & Risk Management:• Ensure adherence to all contractual terms and obligations between government and vendor entities.• Identify, track, and mitigate risks related to scope, cost, and delivery.• Liaise with legal and procurement teams to ensure compliance with government norms and contractual frameworks.• RFP & Procurement Support:• Draft, review, and evaluate RFPs, RFIs, and tender documents.• Support bid evaluation, vendor selection, and contract finalization processes.• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure clarity and completeness of requirements.• Business Process Reengineering (BPR):• Analyze and optimize existing business processes to improve efficiency and transparency.• Lead stakeholder workshops to identify gaps and define new workflows aligned with digital transformation goals.• Develop process documentation, SOPs, and implementation roadmaps.• Stakeholder Management & Coordination:• Act as a key interface between government departments, vendors, and internal project teams.• Facilitate review meetings, status updates, and governance reporting.• Ensure alignment between project goals, policy objectives, and stakeholder expectations. Required Skills & Competencies:• Strong understanding of project governance frameworks and PMO best practices.• Expertise in contract management and government procurement norms (GFR, GeM, RFPs, etc.).• Demonstrated experience in Business Process Reengineering and process optimization.• Proven ability to manage large-scale government or PSU projects.• Excellent analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.• Strong knowledge of MS Office, Project Management tools (MS Project / Primavera), and reporting dashboards.• Certification in PMP / PRINCE2 / ITIL / Six Sigma will be an added advantage. Qualification:• BE/BTech / MCA .
