We cater to 8 of the top 10 global banks, working alongside their product and sector teams, supporting them on deal origination, execution, valuation, and transaction advisory-related projects.What you will be doing at EvalueserveSr.Analysts will join the Lending Services (Corporate and commercial banking) team at Evalueserve, supporting bankers in critical lending/credit processes across end to end lending journey such as follows:Financials spreading (PL, BS and CF) on excel based model or lending platform along with key credit metrics calculationPerforming PD/LGD spreading on risk rating platforms (Quantitative & Qualitative Parameters)Calculating covenants in line with facility agreements and providing detailed rationale for covenant Met/Breach resultsPerforming Annual/Quarterly or Half yearly reviews small or medium connections:Business OverviewFinancial Analysis (Historical and Forecast) (Operating, Leverage & Liquidity ratios)Covenant performancePD/LGD analysisVerifying/Calculating compliance against bank transaction guidelines (DSC, FCCR, LTV,Interest cover, leverage etc.) or any other sector-based guidelineWhat we’re looking forStrong Accounting and financial skillsUnderstanding and experience of credit review or underwriting role is desirableExperience on lending platforms or credit search platforms like Credit lens, nCino, Lexis/Nexis, Experian would be preferableExcellent interpersonal and ability to build strong team cultureAbility to ensure that tasks of team members are completed in a timely mannerAbility to practice attentive and active listening skillsChallenging current thinking by implementing new ways of working Strong Accounting and financial skillsUnderstanding and experience of credit review or underwriting role is PreferableExperience on lending platforms or credit search platforms like Credit lens, nCino, Lexis/Nexis, Experian would be preferableEye for details and ability to identify and solve issues effectively on timeGood MS Office Skills • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to ensure that tasks within areas of responsibility are completed in a timely mannerAbility to practice attentive and active listening skillsAbility to identify pro-active ways to contribute to firms’ goals & missionChallenging current thinking by implementing new ways of workingBachelor's/Master’s degree with a major in finance, economics, accounting or from a reputed institute with 3-7 years’ experience in the similar profile .
