Compensation: ₹13-18 LPA (negotiable based on experience)

‍ Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Salesforce Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development, a strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable and efficient technical solutions.

️ Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy customized solutions within the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other technologies.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce applications and integrations.
• Implement and support Salesforce integrations with third-party applications via APIs, middleware, and web services.
• Perform code reviews, write unit tests, and follow best practices in software development.
• Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers when necessary.

✅ Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience developing on the Salesforce platform.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and platform customization.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and version control systems like Git.
• Knowledge of data modeling, security, and performance tuning within Salesforce.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (Developer II is a plus).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, or other industry-specific clouds.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
