This is a lead-level role for someone who has grown through the ranks (Research Analyst → Business Analyst → Senior Business Analyst) and is now ready to lead projects and mentor junior colleagues while continuing to deliver high-impact analytics solutions within the life sciences industry.

About You

You are passionate about leading data analytics projects and coaching junior analysts to deliver successful quantitative research, data visualisation, and automation solutions. You thrive on collaborating with strategy consultants to drive business opportunities and provide insights into cutting-edge client solutions.

The Role

As a Solutions Specialist – Data Analytics, you will:

• Take ownership of end-to-end analytics projects, combining our people, thinking, and unique approach to research and advisory services.
• Lead analyst teams in delivering research and analytics projects to the highest levels of client satisfaction.
• Act as a career manager and mentor, guiding junior colleagues in technical and professional development.
• Understand business requirements and translate them into analytical problem statements.
• Design and deploy quantitative research surveys.
• Perform data cleaning and processing tasks to visualise response datasets.
• Manage dashboard development projects, including design, data integration, and deployment.
• Deliver research insights and contribute to strategic consulting outputs.
• Work closely with tech teams to integrate data analytics and generative AI techniques into production systems.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, user-centric, and aligned with business needs.

Essential requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Business Analytics, or Data Science.
• 4–6 years of progressive experience in data analytics, business intelligence, and automation solutions, ideally moving through RA → BA → SBA roles.
• Proven experience in leading teams and mentoring junior colleagues.
• Proficiency in Tableau; Power BI is an advantage.
• Ability to design and run quantitative surveys using CX platforms (Qualtrics, Alchemer, Medallia).
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Programming experience (Python or JavaScript) and SQL.
• Understanding of LLMs and GenAI technologies.
• Strong product management mindset and experience in defining product roadmaps.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to engage non-technical stakeholders and simplify complex concepts.

Desired Skills

• Experience in life sciences industry within an agency/consultancy or global capability center environment.
• Experience in building and maintaining automated data pipelines to support strategic decision-making, business operations, and ad hoc analytics requests.
• Proficiency in statistical concepts and ML algorithms.
• Demonstrable experience with various quantitative research methodologies and survey approaches.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure or GCP.
• An entrepreneurial mindset and someone who takes pride in delivering outstanding work.

You will be based in our Bengaluru office. International travel can take up a small, ad-hoc amount of your time. All candidates must be eligible to work in the relevant location.
