About the Company:-

The company operates in the digital lending and financial-technology space, offering streamlined, tech-enabled credit solutions for consumers.


Key Responsibilities:-

● Oversee and manage the company’s end-to-end financial operations, including

accounting, payroll, invoicing, and financial controls.

● Ensure full statutory and regulatory compliance, including GST, TDS, Income Tax,

RBI returns, and audit requirements specific to NBFC and Fintech operations.

● Lead the preparation and review of financial statements in accordance with AS and

Ind-AS standards.

● Supervise monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, ensuring accurate and timely

reporting of MIS, P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

● Manage fund flow, working capital, and treasury operations efficiently to optimize

liquidity and cost of funds.

● Liaise with banks, NBFC partners, debt investors, and financial institutions for

fundraising, credit facilities, and compliance documentation.

● Ensure accuracy and compliance in reconciliation of loan books, disbursements,

collections, and partner settlements.

Requirements:-

● Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent qualification preferred.

● Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in finance / controllership roles

● Relevant experience in NBFC/Fintech/Banking financial operations.

● Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and financial reporting standards.

● Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
