Job Title : Lead Software Engineer II

Job Description :

- Senior Technical Lead with good hands-on experience in Python and AWS Cloud. Exposure to LLMs and Langchain is a plus.


- Looking for extensive knowledge in implementing microservices from scratch in cloud environment.


- Great communication skills and stakeholder management is required.

Job Responsibilities :

We are looking for a seasoned Python Developer with a strong background in building scalable, predictable, high-quality, and high-performance web applications. As a Senior Developer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining internal and external-facing web applications.

1. Design and Develop : You will design and develop robust, scalable, and highly efficient APIs and services using Python.

2. Code Review : Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality and functional integrity.

3. Collaboration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new
features.

4. Maintenance : Maintain code integrity and organization, including troubleshooting bugs and adding new features to existing applications.

5. Documentation : Document code consistently throughout the development process by listing a description of the program, special instructions, and any changes made in the database files.

Primary Skills :

1. Experience : 8-10 years of experience in Python development, with a deep understanding of Python, its frameworks, and core libraries.

2. API Development : Proven experience in developing APIs and services in Python.

3. Database Knowledge : Strong understanding of databases and SQL.

4. Problem-Solving Skills : Excellent problem-solving skills and a love for technical challenges.

5. Communication Skills : Must be able to communicate effectively with team members and
stakeholders.

Preferred Skills :

1. Experience with Django or Flask frameworks.

2. Familiarity with front-end technologies (like JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3).

3. Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application.

Experience : 8 to 10 years of hands on experience


Shift Timing : 1 : 00 PM to 9.30 PM IST
