Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that leverage S/4HANA, enhancing our Plan to Sustain processes in alignment with the desired operating model and industry best practices. Support the creation of new and innovative solutions to support digital and business strategies and common design aspirations. Support the evaluation of options for bolt-on applications and make recommendations based on functional requirements, desired operating model, and industry best practices. Assist the data team and process teams in data mapping activities and testing. Document common solutions, including configuration documents, process flows, and data policies. Deliver functional specifications for any forms, reports, enhancements, conversion programs, integrations, and workflows deemed in scope for (Plan to Sustain) as part of the program. Mentor less experienced team members in specific areas of the (Plan to Sustain) business process hierarchy.
