Position: Travel & Administration Executive

Role Overview

The Travel & Admin Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end travel arrangements, supporting daily administrative operations, and ensuring smooth coordination across internal teams. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Travel Management

  • Coordinate domestic and international travel (flights, hotels, cabs, visas, insurance, etc.).
  • Manage travel itineraries, bookings, rescheduling, and cancellations.
  • Liaise with travel vendors to secure competitive rates and ensure compliance with company travel policies.
  • Maintain travel records, approvals, and reimbursement documentation.

Administrative Support

  • Handle day-to-day office administration and operational support.
  • Manage calendars, meeting schedules, appointments, and conference room bookings.
  • Assist with document preparation, filing, correspondence, and data management.
  • Coordinate office maintenance, supplies, courier services, and vendor communication.
