Senior Admission CounselorHero Vired is seeking aSenior Admissions Counselor to join our team. We aim to help learners transform their aspirations into reality through online certification and degree programs for both university students and working professionals.What You'll DoAs a Counselor, you'll play a crucial role in our sales team. Your key responsibilities will include:Conducting outbound calls and following up with leads to meet and exceed sales goals.Engaging with prospective candidates through various channels, including telecalls, online demos, trial sessions, emails, and chats.Building impactful discussions with candidates to help them enroll in our programs.Managing the entire sales funnel, from lead generation to conversion, using CRM systems like Salesforce, Lead Squared, .Adhering to high-quality sales practices and processes to consistently drive results.What You'll DoAs a Counselor, you'll play a crucial role in our sales team.
