With expert guidance, personalized support, and a strong mentor network, we simplify the journey from choosing the right program to settling in.Role & Responsibility:This is a full-time on-site role for an Educational Sales Counselor located in Noida sec-18. The Educational Counselor will be responsible for guiding students through the admissions process, providing personalized advice, and offering support from program selection through to settlement. Daily tasks include student counseling, educational consulting, career counseling, and maintaining clear communication with students and mentors.Required :Experience in Student Counseling- 6 months to 1 year, Study Abroad counseling or related fields is a plusSalary Range - Up to 35,000 per monthWorking days - Monday to FridayWork from Office (Noida Sec 18)Preferred candidates from Noida or nearby areasQualificationsBachelor’s degree in any field.Excellent Communication skillsResult oriented ApproachAbility to work independently and collaborativelyHere's what we're looking for:Tele calling to the new leads & Follow up with them, Convert the leads into walk-insKnowledge of overseas education counselling and required documents for Universities application and VISA application.Ability to learn new concepts & processes of the country.Day to day leads management & ReportingPlan, implement & evaluate operations pertaining to the UK & European Education system.Core knowledge of Specific Country for Study abroad requirements which can lead to admission conversion.Able to counsel the applicant in face to face interaction, Handle Walk-In’sKnowledge of MS Excel, Powerpoint, Word, etc.Able to work upon application Portals for Respective Countries/Universities.Coordination with Seniors for the tasks assigned.Conduct research on opportunities and latest trends in overseas education.Evaluate the background of the student and recommend them the best possible University options.Ensure delivery of agreed conversions / enrollments to various overseas client universities along with working in close quarters to the sales & marketing team.
