Position Overview:

The Finance Lead will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, driving strategic

financial planning and analysis , project cost management, ensuring compliance with

accounting standards, and supporting business growth through data-driven insights. digital

solutions, and project-based revenue models common in the IT sector .This role requires

strong leadership, analytical ability, and business acumen to manage budgeting, forecasting,

and reporting processes effectively.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage finance , accounting activities and payroll, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for IT business units, including software development, cloud services, and technology projects.
  • Manage cash flow, working capital, and OPEX related to R&D, cloud infrastructure, and technology tools.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Conduct financial analysis and planning to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for business improvement
  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, annual financial statements.( preparation of provisional and Projected )and Monthly MIS
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support decision-making
  • Ensure compliance with statutory laws, tax regulations, and internal policies.( Direct taxation, Indirect taxation)
  • Experience in handling SEZ compliance and filing , Import & Export filing under Customs
  • Manage cash flow, working capital, and investment activities to optimize financial performance.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations.(Technical, Non Technical(Management, CS, Operational, HR )
  • Lead annual audits and liaise with external auditors and regulatory authorities.
  • Implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and enhance operational efficiency.


Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field (CA/CPA preferred).
  • 1-2 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, with experience of leadership role in the start up or service Sector(IT).
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles (IndAS/GAAP), taxation, and compliance.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, financial reporting, and forecasting processes.
  • Proficiency in financial software (e.g.,Zoho Books, ERP Software) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management and problem solving Skills abilities.
