Job Description:The Talent Acquisition Executive is responsible for managing the talent acquisition function of the organization. They will develop and implement strategies to attract, source, and hire top talent that aligns with the company's goals and values. The Talent Acquisition Executive will oversee the recruitment process, collaborate with hiring managers, build strong relationships with external partners, and continuously improve recruitment practices to ensure the organization has a competitive edge in acquiring and retaining the best talent.Key Responsibilities Lead & Mentor: Manage, coach, and develop a team of 3+ Talent Acquisition Executives, setting clear goals and ensuring their professional growth.Own the Hiring Strategy: Take complete ownership of the end-to-end recruitment strategy for our entire sales organization, from entry-level to senior roles.Drive Performance: Establish and monitor team KPIs and metrics to ensure the team is meeting ambitious monthly and quarterly hiring targets.Stakeholder Management: Partner with senior sales leadership to forecast hiring needs, define ideal candidate profiles, and ensure alignment between the TA team and business objectives.Process Optimization: Continuously refine and improve the recruitment process to optimize for speed, quality, and candidate experience in a high-volume environment.Hands-on Recruiting: Personally manage senior-level or critical sales requisitions, leading by example with your own recruitment efforts.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in any field.2+ years of experience in sales / inside sales (preferably EdTech B2C) from that 1 year should be Team leadYou have proven experience managing a team of 3 or more sales executives.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.Strong communication in English + regional language, with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.Ability to manage funnels, plan targets, and report performance.Stable career history (minimum 1 year in previous roles).Reliable, systematic, and data-driven approach to tasks.Skills:Natural Leadership: You have a genuine passion for mentoring and have a track record of developing talent within your teams.Sales Acumen: You have an innate understanding of what makes a sales professional successful and can spot top talent from a mile away.Strategic Mindset: You can think beyond daily tasks to develop hiring forecasts and strategies that align with the company's long-term growth.Data-Driven: You are comfortable using metrics to track team performance and make informed decisions to improve the hiring funnel.Exceptional Communicator: You can confidently engage with senior leaders, manage expectations, and inspire both your team and potential candidates.
