We cater to 8 of the top 10 global banks, working alongside their product and sector teams, supporting them on deal origination, execution, valuation, and transaction advisory-related projects.What you will be doing at Evalueserve- Senior Business Analyst “SBA” will join the Enterprise Valuation team at Evalueserve, supporting onshore team in several critical research areas such as follows:Company/M&A screening and brief company profilesDCF calculation (historical and projections) by analysis of historical data and forecasting for future years.Arrive at Enterprise value of a company through DCF as well as relative valuation methodsReport writing including the DCF analysis and peers and targets comparison analysisResponsibilities includes working independently on complex projects, and delivering error free projectsResolving team members project related queries and performing quality check on client deliverablesCreating and maintaining databasesConduct on-the-job and off-the-job training sessions of new joiners and team membersWhat we’re looking for -Strong Accounting and financial skillsGood writing skillsExcellent Communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to ensure that tasks within areas of responsibility are completed in a timely mannerAbility to practice attentive and active listening skillsKnowledge of database tools – Capital IQ is preferredAbility to identify proactive ways to contribute to firms goals & missionChallenging current thinking by implementing new ways of working
