Role Overview:


We are looking for Proposal Writer to support our recruitment documentation and compliance processes. The role involves preparing, formatting, reviewing, and maintaining recruitment-related documents, resumes, and templates as per client standards. The ideal candidate should have good attention to detail, proficiency in MS Word and Excel, and a willingness to learn and grow in a documentation-focused role.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Format and align resumes and documents as per client compliance and company templates.
  • Review and proofread resumes for accuracy, grammar, and consistency using tools like Grammarly.
  • Maintain daily submission records and updates on MS Excel.
  • Support the team in preparing and submitting documents through various portals (VMS/MSP).
  • Assist in creating and maintaining documentation, templates, and style guides related to recruitment processes.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate document submissions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues during document submission or formatting.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet quality and compliance standards.


Required Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel (mandatory).
  • Good eye for detail, formatting, and proofreading.
  • Basic understanding of recruitment or HR documentation (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Team player with strong coordination and organizational skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, HR, or any related field.
  • Prior experience (internship or 6 months–1 year) in documentation, technical writing, or recruitment support will be an advantage.
