Overview

We’re looking for a sharp, curious content writer to craft compelling content across websites and other digital touchpoints. You will work closely with account managers, designers, and content lead to bring brand stories to life.

This role is ideal for someone who loves writing and research, is eager to grow, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced creative environment. If you can switch tones, ideate, and spot a misplaced comma from a mile away, let’s talk.


Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

  • Write original content for digital assets - websites, microsites, landing pages, blogs, product descriptions, etc.
  • Interpret briefs and ensure that content is well-structured, grammatically sound, and aligned with brand voice.
  • Adapt content for different platforms and customer journeys.


Editorial Excellence

  • Proofread and edit content to ensure clarity, grammar, and consistency.
  • Take feedback constructively and revise content accordingly.
  • Maintain high editorial accuracy across formats and revisions.


Research & Strategy

  • Understand client industries, target audiences, and content goals.
  • Conduct online research and engage in conversations with subject matter experts to shape accurate and relevant content.
  • Perform content audits and support development of information architecture.
  • Fact-check and validate all supporting data in content.
  • Participate in ideation and present ideas that add value to the overall concept.


AI-Savvy Workflow

  • Use AI tools like ChatGPT, Grammarly, Jasper, etc. for ideation, structuring, and early drafts.
  • Humanise AI-generated content with brand tone and user relevance.
  • Explore new tools for improving efficiency and output quality.


Collaboration & Delivery

  • Collaborate with design, account, and tech teams to ensure copy and UX align.
  • Upload content to CMS platforms and ensure proper formatting.
  • Track personal tasks, feedback, and version control.


Required Skills

  • Detail-oriented with strong grammar and language skills.
  • Curious and proactive about learning new industries, tools, and writing formats.
  • Open to feedback and collaborative in refining content.
  • Adaptable to changing briefs, client directions, or priorities.
  • Demonstrates ownership of assigned tasks/projects and accountability for deadlines.
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams including design, tech, and strategy.
  • Keeps pace with digital content trends, AI tools, and platform best practices.


Bonus Skills

  • Experience working on website information architecture, wireframing and UI/UX principles.
  • Awareness of design and development processes.
  • Understanding of content upload and management within CMS ecosystems.
