About the Role

We are seeking talented accounting professionals with hands-on experience in US Accounting who are eager to build a long-term, rewarding career in the US accounting domain. The ideal candidate will possess strong accounting fundamentals, high attention to detail, and a willingness to work with US clients and accounting standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform day-to-day bookkeeping and handle monthly closing activities.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, bank reconciliations, and general ledger reports.
  • Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, and cash flow management.
  • Ensure all accounting activities adhere to US GAAP standards.
  • Utilize leading US accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, and other cloud-based platforms.
  • Collaborate directly with US clients, ensuring timely delivery of accounting reports and providing necessary support.


Candidate Requirements

  • CPA, Chartered Accountant, or Semi-Qualified CA with a minimum of 3 years of articleship.
  • Strong understanding of core accounting principles, including finalisation of accounts, reconciliations, and compliance.
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within the US Accounting and Taxation framework.
  • Excellent analytical ability and strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel; experience with accounting and tax software will be an added advantage.
