Your work will also directly impact our growth by engaging our audience through various channelsand formats, ranging from digital content to public relations and events.Join our team and experience AnimakerResponsibilities:● Design and implement comprehensive Lead generation strategies to build and expand the sales pipeline, focusing on the US market or Western countries.● Plan and execute marketing campaigns for brand building and demand generation utilizingvarious marketing channels such as digital marketing, search engine marketing, contentmarketing, social media, conferences & other related programs● Get into product, industry, and customer research to understand the persona, pain points andimplement customer journey flow that impacts the product● Develop and execute targeted campaigns to engage high-value accounts and decision-makers.● Work with cross-functional teams to create impactful messaging, offers, and content forcampaigns that resonate with key personas● Own the lead qualification process and ensure effective lead handoff to the sales team.● Collaborate with the sales team to align on target accounts, sales goals, and campaignobjectives, ensuring effective pipeline handoff and conversion● Continuously optimize lead generation processes by experimenting with new tactics, channels, and technologies to improve lead quality and pipeline efficiency.● Own and handle online assets including website, social media and all online properties/initiatives● Be the voice of the customer to the company and help build the product roadmap.Requirements:● 4-7 years prior demonstrable experience in product marketing/digital marketing is stronglypreferred.● Strong understanding of B2B & B2C demand generation strategies, including cold calling, emailmarketing, LinkedIn outreach, and lead nurturing.● Ability to strategize and create content relevant to a specific audience● Able to ramp up quickly on new technologies, Self-directed and operates with urgency, focus, and discipline.● Must demonstrate strategic thinking and thought leadership, as well as ability to lead initiatives through implementation● A track record of success in the design and execution of cross functional projects● Good knowledge of English (written and oral) and good communication skills with goodinterpersonal skills● Strong writing skills and ability to present concepts verbally
