Our people make all the difference in our success. The AWS Serverless Developer will own architecting, building and managing serverless applications using AWS services. They are expected to work closely with Subject Matter Experts, developers, technical project managers, principal engineers and business stakeholders to ensure that application solutions meet business/customer requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft, revise, and approve test plans and scripts, ensuring alignment with standards and IT strategy.
  • Utilize Enterprise Zephyr to document and implement comprehensive tests covering various application capabilities.
  • Create test data files containing valid and invalid records to thoroughly test system logic and verify system flow.
  • Collaborate with users to plan and execute end-to-end testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Ensure successful completion and documentation of system tests, resolving any issues encountered.
  • Utilize SQL skills to validate changes in backend database systems, including Oracle, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL.
  • Analyze and design new or modified Quality Assurance (QA) procedures and standards.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of QA metrics to assess the quality of application software.
  • Review new QA software and consult with IT staff and client areas to resolve questions during the testing process.
  • Work with business clients and IT team leads to establish and maintain a consistent test methodology.

Qualifications

Required Skills:

  • Technology Stack:Web application QA Tester, Zephyr testing experience, excellent documentation skills, strong analytical skills, strong SQL experience.
  • Proven experience as a QA Tester or similar role, preferably in web application testing.
  • Expertise in using Zephyrfor test management and JIRA in Agile team environments.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly grasp complex system requirements.
  • Excellent documentation skills to draft clear and concise test plans, scripts, and reports.
  • Proficiency in SQL with solid RDBMS querying capabilities, particularly Oracle, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience in analyzing and improving QA procedures and standards.
  • Prior experience in an advisory role is desirable, with the ability to lead testing efforts and mentor junior QA team members.

Required Experience & Education:

  • 10+ years of experience
  • Proven experience with architecture, design, and development of large-scale enterprise application solutions.
  • College degree (Bachelor) in related technical/computer science or equivalent work experience.
