This role will provide counsel and advice to management on significant QA matters, oftenrequiring coordination between organizations as well as providing consultation at the highesttechnical leveltoproject teamsandclient areasassistingwiththesuccessfuldevelopmentandimplementation of effective computer systems applications across multiple computing environments(e.g.,hostbased,distributedsystems,clientserver).
The QA Testing Advisor will consult with client and IT management and staff throughoutthe project life cycle, to assist and support the design, development and implementation ofeffective systems. This role will focus on providing thought leadership and technical expertiseacross multiple disciplines and will be recognized internally as the go-to person for the mostcomplexQuality Assurance&Testing assignments.

Responsibilities- Drafts,revisesandapproves testplansandscriptstoensurealignmentwithstandardsand IT strategy.
- Createstestdatafileswithvalidandinvalid recordstothoroughlytestprogramlogicandverify system flow.
- Collaborates with users to plan user acceptance testing, alpha and beta testing andensuresthatsystem testsaresuccessfullycompletedanddocumented,andallproblems areresolved.Provides leadership,vision,andarchitectural/designdirection fortheteam.
- Analyzes,designs newormodifiedQualityAssurance(QA)proceduresand standardsand assists in the development and implementation of QA metrics for assessing thequalityofdeliveredapplicationsoftware.
- Participatesinthereview ofnewQAsoftwareandconsultswithITstaffandclient areasin resolvingquestions duringthetesting process.
- WorkswithclientandITmanagementandstafftoestablishandmaintainaconsistenttestmethodology.
- Leadstheteamintroubleshootingandproblemresolution.
- Aligns engineering solutions with the Technology strategy and supports the applicationsrequirements.
- Plansandimplementsprocedurestomaximizeengineeringandoperatingefficiencyforapplication integrationtechnologies.
- Identifiesopportunitiesanddrivesprocess improvements.
- Takesaccountabilityforthetechnologyassetsownedbytheteam.
- Providesleadershiptotheteam toachieve thefollowingobjectives:
- Design,configuration,implementationofmiddlewareproducts andapplicationdesign/developmentwithinthe supportedtechnologiesand products.
- Proactivemonitoringandmanagementdesignofsupportedassetsassuringperformance,availability,security,and capacity.
- Maximizetheefficiency(operational,performance,andcost)oftheapplicationassets.
- QAwith experience in IVRand Conversational AItesting,testautomation,Cyaraexperience aplus Stronginfluencing/negotiationskills.
- Stronginterpersonal/relationshipmanagementskills.
- Strongtimeandprojectmanagementskills.
- Familiaritywithagilemethodology.
- Familiaritywithmoderndelivery practicessuchascontinuousintegrationandspecificationbyexample.
- 8-10+yearsofexperience
- Provenexperience witharchitecture,design, and developmentoflarge-scale enterpriseapplicationsolutions.
- College degree (Bachelor) in related technical/business areas or equivalent workexperience.
