About the Role

As an Associate – Counseling (Sales), you will play a key role in guiding students and parents through the admission process. You will counsel prospective learners on our courses, support them through documentation, and help convert leads into successful admissions. This role combines sales, counseling, and relationship management to drive growth and deliver a positive experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Counsel prospective students and parents via calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings about admission procedures and courses offered.
  • Guide and support parents throughout the admission process by resolving queries and assisting with required documentation.
  • Achieve and exceed performance goals by converting leads into confirmed admissions.
  • Review applications for eligibility and academic qualifications.
  • Participate in the admission decision-making process in line with school policies and guidelines.
  • Prepare and present reports for the Centre Head/Management as required.
  • Maintain continuous communication with students, parents, colleagues, and external partners to ensure smooth admission activities.
  • Perform administrative and clerical tasks related to the center’s daily operations.
