About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Shopify & Meta Ads Specialist with strong hands-on experience in dropshipping. The ideal candidate must have prior experience running successful Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns specifically for dropshipping brands and must be able to manage the entire process end-to-end from product research to scaling campaigns.

This is a 100% in-house office role — no remote or freelance applicants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and scale Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns for dropshipping products.
  • Conduct winning product research, competitor analysis, and market trend analysis.
  • Set up and maintain Shopify stores, including product uploads, tracking setup, CRO, and basic theme optimization.
  • Monitor and optimize daily ad performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM, etc.).
  • Handle pixel integration, event setup, and conversion tracking.
  • Coordinate with creative teams to generate high-performing ad creatives (images/videos/copy).
  • Plan testing strategies (creatives, audiences, budgets).
  • Scale winning ad sets and maintain profitability.
  • Manage overall dropshipping operations: suppliers, pricing, product descriptions, and store management.
  • Report performance metrics and suggest strategies for improvement.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in Shopify dropshipping is mandatory.
  • Strong expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
  • Experience managing profitable ad campaigns for e-commerce/dropshipping brands.
  • Strong understanding of Shopify, third-party apps, payment gateways, and store optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret ad data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Knowledge of trends, product research tools, and dropshipping best practices.
  • Ability to work full-time from our Noida Sector 27 office (no remote work).
Preferred Skills
  • Knowledge of video ad editing basics.
  • Familiarity with TikTok ads (optional but a plus).
  • Strong copywriting skills for ad creatives.
