Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Integration & Middleware lead to design, implement, and optimize enterprise integration solutions using Oracle SOA Suite, OSB, and API Gateway (11g/12c). You will play a critical role in our OSS/BSS transformation initiatives, driving integration strategies and ensuring secure, scalable, and high-performance middleware architectures.


Key Responsibilities

  • Architect and deploy SOA Suite and API Gateway domains for enterprise-grade integrations.
  • Define and implement ESB/API design blueprints aligning with organizational IT strategy.
  • Design and manage policies for security, traffic control, and message transformation.
  • Automate deployments using WLST, Ansible, or CI/CD tools.
  • Administer and optimize WebLogic Server, including tuning JVMs, thread pools, and connection pools.
  • Manage and rotate certificates, keys, and other credentials ensuring compliance with security standards (e.g., SSL, mTLS, OAuth2).
  • Create and maintain documentation such as gateway policy configurations and deployment artifacts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support end-to-end integration delivery across OSS and BSS domains.
