Overview :

The position of MMM + Python + Bayesian + Regression requires an individual with a strong foundation in data analysis and modeling. The role is crucial for leveraging statistical and machine learning techniques to provide valuable insights for decision-making within the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement MMM models to evaluate marketing effectiveness.

- Utilize Python for data manipulation, analysis, and visualization.

- Apply Bayesian statistical methods to model uncertainty and make predictions.

- Perform regression analysis to identify relationships between variables.

- Create and maintain databases for storing and retrieving data for analysis.

- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through reports and presentations.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver actionable insights.

- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in MMM and Bayesian modeling.

- Participate in the development and validation of modeling techniques and tools.

- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.

- Proven experience applying MMM techniques in a business setting.

- Proficiency in Python for data analysis and manipulation.

- Strong understanding of Bayesian statistics and its applications.

- Experience in regression analysis and predictive modeling.

- Ability to work with large datasets and databases.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Effective communication and presentation abilities.

- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering accurate and reliable results.

- Familiarity with machine learning concepts is a plus.

- Previous experience in marketing analytics or similar role is preferred.

- Proficiency in relevant software tools such as R, SAS, or SQL.

- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

- Continuous learning mindset to adapt to evolving methodologies and technologies.
