Role Summary

We are looking for a skilled Renewable Energy Technician with 2+ years of hands-on experience in installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting renewable energy systems. The role involves working on solar, wind, or hybrid energy setups, ensuring efficient operation, safety compliance, and system reliability.


Key Responsibilities

  • Install, test, and maintain renewable energy systems (solar PV, wind turbines, inverters, batteries).
  • Conduct preventive maintenance and routine inspections to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Diagnose technical issues, replace faulty components, and document repairs.
  • Assist in commissioning new installations and verifying system performance.
  • Follow safety procedures, electrical standards, and compliance regulations.
  • Collaborate with engineers and project teams for field execution.
  • Maintain records of service reports, system readings, and maintenance logs.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience as a Renewable Energy Technician or in electrical/field maintenance.
  • Knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, batteries, and grid/off-grid solutions.
  • Ability to read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
  • Familiarity with testing equipment (multimeters, insulation testers, IR thermography).
  • Strong understanding of electrical safety standards.
  • Physical ability to work at heights, lift equipment, and work in outdoor conditions.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Diploma/ITI/Certification in Electrical, Electronics, or Renewable Energy Technology.
  • Experience with wind energy systems (turbine maintenance) is a plus.
  • Exposure to SCADA monitoring systems.
  • Valid license for field operations (if applicable).
