Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Excellence Executive located in Gurugram. The Customer Excellence Executive will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and resolving client queries.
LOCATION: GURUGRAM
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle real-time on-trip queries from customers.
- Manage escalations efficiently and ensure timely resolutions.
- Coordinate with suppliers, hotels, and transport providers to resolve urgent issues.
- Provide immediate assistance for any itinerary changes or disruptions.
- Maintain clear and timely communication with customers to ensure a seamless travel experience.
- Document all queries and resolutions for continuous service improvement.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 yrs in proven expertise in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with a focus on maintaining high-quality service standards.
- Strong Customer Support and Communication skills, including the ability to handle inquiries and provide clear, empathetic responses.
- Good Analytical Skills for identifying patterns, solving customer issues, and providing actionable insights for service improvements.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle large volumes of communication, and adapt to changing customer needs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer queries professionally.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Attention to detail and a customer-first approach.
