Technical Skills :

- Possess over 10 years of professional experience in developing applications using React Native, with a preference for those who have contributed to B2C social networking platforms.

- Demonstrate a strong understanding of JavaScript, including Styling and TypeScript, and a basic familiarity with Java and Swift.

- Skilled in utilizing state management tools such as Redux and MobX, and understanding REST APIs, document request models, and offline storage strategies.

- Proficient in performance optimization and memory management techniques, alongside familiarity with cloud messaging APIs and push notification services.

- Committed to secure coding practices within React Native/JavaScript environments and knowledgeable in UI/UX and JavaScript design patterns for crafting intuitive user interfaces.

- Experienced with essential front-end development tools, including Babel, Webpack, and NPM, to optimize applications for peak performance and scalability using AJAX, lazy loading, and caching.

- Adept in integrating analytics and marketing tools like GA, GTM, Branch, and Firebase, and proficient with code versioning tools such as Git.

- Capable of incorporating third-party libraries and APIs, including authentication services like Google and Outlook, as well as map services such as Google Maps and Bing Maps.

- Well-versed in the mobile development ecosystem, including current trends, architectures, and emerging technologies, and deeply familiar with native build tools like XCode and Gradle (Android Studio, IntelliJ).

- Experienced in the deployment and distribution of apps through the Apple Store and Google Play Store, and knowledgeable in DevOps practices, particularly CI/CD, along with monitoring app performance and addressing crash issues.

Role and Responsibilities :

- Ability to align architectural strategies with business objectives, considering future scalability and maintainability.

- Translate detailed application storyboards and use cases into fully functional applications, ensuring a smooth transition from concept to reality.

- Employ responsive and adaptive design techniques to deliver a seamless user experience across various devices, optimizing for both functionality and aesthetics.

- Craft, develop, and maintain code that is not only efficient and reusable but also reliable, supporting the long-term success and scalability of our applications.

- Commit to achieving the highest standards of performance, quality, and responsiveness in all applications, setting benchmarks for excellence.

- Proactively analyze and address technical and application issues, employing a systematic approach to problem-solving to maintain operational excellence.

- Collaborate closely with product owners and scrum masters within an agile scrum framework, contributing to the strategic execution of the product roadmap through active engagement and technical insight.

- Design solutions that are fault-tolerant but also anticipate and mitigate potential failures, ensuring uninterrupted service.

- Continuously pushing the boundaries of technology and staying ahead of industry trends and developments.

- Accurately estimate project efforts, identify potential risks, and adhere to project schedules, employing agile methodologies to ensure timely and efficient project completion.

- Serve as a mentor and coach to other engineers, facilitating their professional development and providing technical leadership to elevate team capabilities and performance.
